This is the second appointment I have made here. Drove 45 minutes the first time to get canceled 4 minutes before my appointment. Today drove up here again, because they had such good reviews, got here 20 minutes early and it is now 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. No one is answering the phone or their text messages. Please have respect for peoples time and cancel if you don't want the business. I don't normally leave bad reviews but someone could have called me so I'm not wasting my time.

Here watching my wife get her hair cut, I really appreciate how thoroughly the hairdresser (Keegan) discussed and planned with my wife. It was really nice to have a professional opinion on what would look good, and he was right. I expect most people don’t have a strong opinion on their haircut and having some feedback really helps. Wife was nervous about this for a while as it’s been a year at least since her last haircut but it’s been an easygoing experience.

If I could give zero stars I would! Kegan worked on my fiancés hair to do a "color correction". Her hair had been totally destroyed at a Salon in Tualatin, Oregon and she was looking for help. Kegan was recommended to us by a business owner that we frequent. He seemed knowledgeable. He told her that the previous salon had used cheap products to highlight her hair and that they had used a cheap toner on it. He ran a new product through her hair to fix the problem from the toner. He then had her come back and ran other "products" through her hair to get her ready to re-highlight

I arrived 5 minutes late for a spa manicure (45 minute appointment) and was met at the door by Lisa who told me they could not take me because I was late and was being disrespectful of their time. When I explained I would be happy with a 40 minute manicure, owning up to and apologizing for being 5 minutes late, I was told my attitude was rude and she tried to close the door on me. My granddaughter had her own appointment which we were ten minutes EARLY for, so Lisa said she could do hers. Very nice people and excellent at hair!! Originally came in to get my hair lightened but my hair is severely damaged😳 The guy gave me great advice and actually told me to wait and let my hair be. So we ended up just doing a cut and I absolutely love it! 10/10 recommend, very sweet people and good environment:)!

I recently moved to the area and made my appointment. I showed up early since it was my first visit. Keagan did not even acknowledge me. It looks nothing at all like the photos. I feel like I was cat fished.
Keagon finally told me to sit down and wait.
I sat facing him to watch him cut hair. He came roaring over and yelled at me not to watch him cut hair.

I highly recommend Salon on Broadway because the Salon is welcoming on many levels. Upon entering the Salon there’s calmness and serenity. Keegan owner stylist is hands down a total Professional. Kelly did a fantastic job! I was really nervous changing salons and she sensed that and was quick to make me feel comfortable. Loved ease of scheduling appointment online and was able to book just 2 days out. I needed highlights and cut, my hair looked amazing. Got lots of compliments. Will definitely be back.

I am so happy to have found this salon! It's in such a unique location and the whole vibe was relaxing and casual. Will is a delight to talk with; he definitely brings a fun energy to the mix as Kegan works his magic. Kegan is truly skilled and knowledgeable with his trade; his expertise is easily displayed through both conversation and watching him at work. I enjoyed every moment I spent there and left with fabulous looking hair! The products were awesome; I've never had a color, even organic, that I didn't feel on my scalp but his product felt no different than conditioner

Kegan cut my hair absolutely beautifully. He is both knowledgeable and trustworthy as a stylist. Since the salon just recently reopened, I was so thankful to get an appointment at this salon. Kegan was the only stylist working at the time and I think his dedication and passion for serving his clients is extremely admirable.

Thank you thank you thank you Lisa for doing my hair and nails for my wedding day on 1/31/2020. You made my day! Not only did my nails and hair look incredible and hold up, but to boot surprised me with a small bouquet of flowers to congratulate me on my day. I get the honour of finding hairstylists for my wife. Giving this task to a lad that shaves his head may be odd and risky for some, but it always seems to turn out okay. Found Salon on Broadway via Yelp. Awesome reviews. Booked online (nice!!) and came in and had the pleasure of meeting Keegan and Will. Such cool lads!! They even laughed at my bizarre humour, which gets them a free pass into our Irish Circle. Keegan listened to her plea for style salvation and delivered. Easily, the best cut/style that she ever had. So skilled!! Makes me wish I had hair damn it, but I digress. Will...yeah Will

I'm the 6th person to ever review this salon and I'm sorry to have to only give 3 stars! I only give honest reviews and I'm not writing this to be mean or to knock this business. I'm only writing so that they can improve! I'm all for small businesses especially ones that are just starting up!
I was in need of a haircut ASAP and based on the credentials on the website and the reviews here, I decided to give this place a chance. I'm from out of town vacationing so it was a HUGE risk. I had high hopes. Everything looked good on paper.

On an extended RV trip it was time for a little TLC. Did a little research on the internet and came across this salon! You can even book your appt online. Kegan far exceeded my expectations (cut and color) and so wish I could utilize his services on a regular basis. Next time we come through Seaside I will definitely book another appointment.

I had a great experience here! I called for a pedicure and they were able to get me in the very next day at a time that was perfect for me. The space is clean, modern and comfortable. Kegan and Will went out of their way to make me feel at home, like I was relaxing with friends. They really pampered me and my feet and toes walked out happy :-) I will definitely be back!

This place is a hidden GEM! Kegan and Will go above and beyond to make every and all treatments exquisite. They offer everything from hair, color, cuts, (fabulous) and more! Waxing; using amazing wax, facials, which I have tried yet but have heard fabulous things! Mani and pedi services too! They offer refreshments while to get your pampering!!
