Heath was on time, explained what he was going to do. I had all the impediments out of his way. Did a thorough job and explained the difference between the nylon, and wool rugs and made suggestions re: getting quotes for replacing carpeting when I was ready to do so. Only thing I can say that was different, the rugs took a bit longer to dry than was expected. But looks so much better.

This was the second time I've called GreenTek for carpet cleaning. I was really happy with the results the first time around so I called again when the carpets needed freshening up and to remove some coffee and pet stains.
Heath really cares about his business - he is intuitive in assessing stains and what will be needed to remove them. He thoroughly explains his process and the benefits of different types of cleaning treatments.

AGAIN THIS YEAR, GreenTek is magical! Not only was Heath a joy to work with on cleaning my dirty carpet, the process leaves no odor, dries quickly and made my carpet look brand new. I will unequivocally use (and gladly refer) GreenTek as often as needed and already have plans to do so this springtime. Cost was reasonable and the whole procedure was enhanced by Heath's professionalism and attention to detail.

They do a great job! The carpet looks fresh and clean. It really only took a few hours to dry. (although I waited their recommended 24 hrs before moving things back) I appreciate they don't soak the carpet.

Great service! We were scrambling to get a rental ready for tenants and Heath rearranged his schedule for us to fit us in later that day. He was able to show up even earlier than previously stated and got the carpets clean before the weekend. Very satisfied with the service provided! Heath is a very friendly and polite individual who knows what he's doing. Could not recommend any other service so long as GreenTek is nearby!

What a wonderful experience from GreenTek carpet cleaning! I rented out rooms in my home and the carpets were terrible. Matted down, with stains from who knows what kinds of liquids. Heath at GreenTek came out and took care of everything! Professional service all the way. From making sure my molding and the corners in my house were safe, to the timeliness and end result of the carpets looking amazing. With one of the most powerful machines in Central Oregon, this is the go-to company I recommend to anyone.
