Chad is the founding member of Blincoe Architecture and brings over 25 years of experience to the table. With over 20 years of experience working with award winning architect Jim McLaughlin. Chad combines his knowledge of current design, construction techniques, and detailing to provide a unique approach to modern planning and construction that compliments any neighborhood and budget.
His specialty is construction detailing that address every project need. He works closely with the owner, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve the most efficient and aesthetic solution to all possible conditions. Cliff Mendoza received a BS Architecture degree from University of Santo Tomas - College of Architecture in 2011.
