Rich helped us get into a car even though we’ve had trouble doing so in the past. He never took no for a answer and was straight up with every thing when it came to the car. He made sure we were comfortable with all decisions on how me make the payment even when we can make payments. Me and my wife just had a baby 3 days ago and with the little guy having a little bit of health problems we needed a second car.. I called and spoke to Rich about my family’s situation and informed him that we didn’t have very much money to put down for a down payment. Literally have been down on our luck lately didn't know how much worse it could get our vehicle broke down again and we had just had enough of it we came to fast Start Auto and couldn't believe when we were able to leave with a vehicle they are the most down to earth people help you not get in a worse situation and very funny as well great sense of humor and communicated very well with us to make sure we understood everything never thought I could walk into a car lot and leave with a car the same day without a hassle I was recommended to go here by my two sister-in-laws and I'm so glad they told

They honored the powertrain warranty like they said they would. My car is fixed driving like new. Great sales experience, sucks having car problems but they work hard to get them fixed if they do happen. My experience is good, appreciate they dedication to helping people. Predatory lending at its worst, these crooks charge my son in law $10,000 dollars more than high blue book, want more than $600 a month for a car worth 3K, then they hook a a gizmo to turn the car off the night the payment is due, how's an 18 yo kid supposed to make a car payment if he cant get to work? Then he finally listens and sees that he's be totally taken advantage of and surrenders the vehicle only to be hounded for months afterword for payment. Not only do these crooks belong out of business, THEY BELONG IN JAIL!!

Went to them several times about getting my car repaired (it left me stranded 4 times before I even got my plates) and each time was lied to... Either about doing the work at all or how long it was going to take...never have I ever received a phone call back from them... Either they said they were going to call me back and didn't or I was the one who called...They sent my plates to a dealer in a city I don't even go to, so for a weekend I was left with expired temp tags and on several occasions a police officer had to go look up my vin number to make sure I was legal...They don't
