The hotel is nice, but no real extra perks. There was flavored water when we arrived, but not afterward. No breakfast. No microwave in the room. I could hear snoring through the walls from the room next door. However, the cafe downstairs and nearby restaurants are really good. Hotel staff was very friendly. There were dirty towels still in the bathroom when we got into the room which the front desk asked us to put in the hallway. That pretty much set the mood. Nice looking place, but just a room with a bed at the end of the day.

This place is beautiful. It is in a pretty part of the town and the little dining areas and wine bar is right next to the hotel. Upon check-in Madi was wonderful. The lobby is just elegant. Everything is so clean. The stump House Café next to the lobby is great and easy. The room was super clean and comfy. We will definitely be back. Our stay was very pleasant.

This beautiful, boutique hotel is full of charm and class. The front desk staff is exceptional-super friendly, outgoing and helpful. They really made me feel welcomed. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the rooms are quiet and spacious. I love the area and neighborhood with many places nearby for any needs you may have. It’s very reasonably priced. I’d definitely stay again and recommend this gem to anyone staying in the Clemson area.

Well appointed common areas, my suite was quiet, comfortable with an amazing bathroom. Largest walk in shower I've seen since leaving Europe. Staff is very skilled, Uber cheerful and helpful. Patrick Square is a lovely complex with excellent restaurants and a brew pub nearby. All in walking distance.
This hotel will probably be booked well in advance of any home games or graduations, but if your plans take you nearby this is a definite "10".

The staff was phenomenal. Abi wrote me a personal card expressing her condolences after learning I was visiting to pay my respects. Madi was very helpful in researching contact information so I could reach out to the Clemson Alumni Association. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and engaging.

My wife and I stayed at The Inn at Patrick Square in one of the suites for our anniversary. Every detail was in place, Barrett, Abby and the entire staff were excellent. We had dinner reservations at Rick Erwins next door and could not ask for better food or accommodations. There is also a really nice wine bar close as well in which we walked to after dinner. Our stay was very pleasant and we will be returning soon.

Good coffee, good service. I only had time to grab a coffee to go, but the place was packed, a lot of people we're ordering food.
The place is a bit cozy, a few small tables and couches, oversized chairs.
The parking was a bit of a mystery- the spaces in front are for check in at the Inn next door, the parking lot for the businesses are behind the building.
Will definitely return.

This is a great spot with coffee that I will keep coming back for. They serve beans from Methodical coffee, some of the best in the area. The atmosphere is creative and clean, and the next time I'm nearby I'll make sure to plan enough time to sit and enjoy my cup there.

Great coffee! This is a new cafe at the Inn at Patrick Square. I stopped in and got an Americano. The barista told me the beans are from a Greenville company. The Americano was one of the best I have ever had, and the employees were super nice. I am visiting from out of town and wish this were in my neighborhood. This was during the eclipse weekend, and they even offered me eclipse glasses.
