Richard had great reviews everywhere. Communicating with him we both felt he was going to be great, very professional. The day of, we were very disappointed. I went out of my way, created a binder with a script/timeline/schedule/songs/transitions, everything to make it as easy as possible to avoid those awkward moments. Even with all of that, every possible thing was awkward.
This might turn into a rough list but it genuinely upset me. He played every song beginning to end, then a pause, then the next song, instead of fading out to another song when people were done dancing to the song. He played
