If I could give less than 1 star, I would have. I have a 1500 gal septic that I believe needs to be emptied. I was calling for estimates, spoke with a man (Eric?) at Simply Septic, and gave him my info then I asked what the fee would be... he said "he'd have to dig up my yard," I interjected, said I'd never had my yard dug up to have a tank emptied. He rudely told me that I've never had my tank emptied then. I insisted that I had, in Illinois, where they put trap lids in the lawn allowing easy access to empty, but "this guy" knows everything and is rude, and has no clue that he isn't right about
