I reached out to their office to receive a financial planner and was given the email of the owner. I am a power of attorney for a parent who's reviewing a settlement and we needed another opinion on finances and planning. After sending over pertaining documentation including my power of attorney paperwork I got a very rude email from the owner indicating that this was unusual and that this was not something that he would be interested in pursuing
I found him to be quite rude and I am dumbfounded by why he wouldn't want to be a financial planner for a case with a huge portfolio with lots of assets
