So glad we visited Mexi-Tile to shop for flooring and counter top back splash for our master bath remodel. We took advantage of their free design services. WOW! Patty, in-house, designer spent a few hours with us to help us decide on marble for flooring and the shower.

Excellent products and great prices but this company has a serious problem with their front desk clerk at the Parkside location He is the worst customer service person we have ever met. This guy Jeremy is arrogant, childish and belittling to customers.
This is not a one time occurrence. Because of the constancy of this guy, I felt compelled to write about it.
Jeremy is the first person you meet entering the showroom and the companies first opportunity to make a good impression. Whiny, disrespectful and fails to do what he says he will do.
