I'm really glad other people have had a good experience with them. I on the other hand just paid $80 for a key that doesn't work. When I explained that the key turns but doesn't actually lock my door he said that I have a broken lock then. When I asked what we were going to do about it, he said that's not his problem. So apparently I just got basically scammed for $80. I really thought he might do the right thing & refund my money but instead he showed his true POS colors & told me that he wasn't going to do anything about it since the key turns both ways, even

Mac is AMAZING. Came out to re-key 5 locks on our new home within 15 minutes of calling - eager to slip us into his Saturday, and then took his time making sure the installations were done right and properly. He knows his stuff, and can work his way quickly through even tricky jobs.
And his rates are incredibly reasonable!
