National Maintenance and Repair (NMR) is located twenty minutes north of St. Louis, Missouri in Hartford, Illinois. Located at upper Mississippi/Missouri River mile 198.5, NMR provides marine and rail repair services. Other services offered at the facility include new engine sales and rebuilding, and new barge construction.
