It has been over two years now since we took over. Erin & I have gone from a couple jobs a day to a full 5 and 6 day work week. Were looking to start a second truck due to the amount of accounts as well as daily calls. If you would have told me this is what I'd be doing for a career years ago I would have laughed long and hard.

First time they came out they did a great job... then they didn't show up for two appointments after that. We're rude on the phone when I inquired about why they didn't show up.
I forgot who I had hired and ended up calling them again about a year later. He yelled at me and told me he doesn't just do cars just once a year! (Of course this kind of irrational behavior might be explained by...well we are in Bullhead City, so I'll let you decide as to why a person would act SO unreasonable.
Just great customer service and great human!
I also saw them road raging on two different

After waiting 4 days for an apparent opening to do a Moterhome, these guys arrived late.
I calmly confronted evedently the owner( bos)he became belligerent and anegry expressed himself verbally and left.
He May want to look into Anger management.
Luckily I cam across
ProCam (locale)Handeled everything very well an professionally. Faverably priced.
To top things off ,a few days later after haveing my MH washed, these people commenced to wash the mH next to me with disregard to any others . Leaving soap and water overspray spots over my just washed MH.

Made an appointment 3 days prior to when the car needed detailed. The day prior I called to confirm nobody answered, The day of I called to confirm not only does she have my name wrong she then tells me that they couldn't make it. Sometimes things come up and that's understandable but you should probably call back your clients and let them know that you're not going to be able to provide the service that you just said you would do. Luckily I found procam detailing. Much more professional anawered the phone every time I called and within minutes of book appointment he sent me an email with time

I made an appointment for today within the time frame of 12:00-1:00, and they never showed. I’m reading other reviews and this seems to be par for the course with this company. There are plenty of mobile car wash companies in Bullhead City, so I would strongly encourage people to stay away from these losers.

Never met a company like this.
Saw them in the RV Park I was in, and they looked industrious and seeming to do a a good job, so I asked Todd if he could fit me in; sure, we are back tomorrow he said, get you after our first job at 10:00am.
11:00am came and went, 12 noon came and went, then I saw them down the row in the afternoon so figured I was next.
Next time I looked they were gone, so I phoned to ask what happened and left a message on voice mail, no reply received.
Tried to be fair, so next day I emailed them and asked them to comment before I put a review online, no reply received.
