Insurance appraisals on diamonds and jewelry are done in store for you starting at $75.00. Our in store bench jeweler provides stellar work on all your jewelry repair needs with most repairs completed same day. Call ahead for estimates. Repairs are completed twice a week. We are happy to offer battery replacements in store while you wait starting at $10 per battery.

The culture character of this store is unmatchable. Just before Christmas I had my wife's wedding set fixed. We were charged multiple times when we paid. I called and didn't have any problems getting one of the charges refunded, but was told the system wouldn't let the other charge be refunded. The manager hand delivered the payment along with a few small items for our troubles. Honest and mistakes happen but it shows the true character in how they were able to handle this and make things right.
