Brandy Hill Farm was our DREAM venue. It was magical in every way and was exactly what we were looking for. Chloe, the Venue Manager, was accommodating, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. She made the experience such a simple one and we are so grateful to have worked with her on arguably the most important part of the wedding. When we were venue shopping, we looked at several barn type venues with indoor and outdoor space. While all of them hit our requirements, when we finally drove up to Brandy Hill, we knew we found our venue. The outdoor spaces are all versatile and beautiful at

Brandy Hill Barn is a beautiful venue for a wedding. The lights strung from the ceiling just sparkle and the pictures people take there are gorgeous. Chloe and the owners are very helpful and accommodating. We had plenty of time to set up the day before the wedding which helped eliminate stress on the wedding day.
The upstairs of Brandy Hill does trap in heat on hot days. There are four window air conditioner units and four very large fans that help. But if you think the temperature could be above 80 degrees I strongly recommend you contact Greg at Sun Belt Rentals in Manassas

I cant bring myself to give this place a half star. This was for my niece's wedding - my niece and her groom chose the place and I feel they were taken advantage from. The owners are shady and uncooperative, this was a hot weekend in Culpeper, the groom spent close to a thousand dollars to cool down the place in rental mobile a/c units - these could not be used because the electrical system (which is not up to code by the way and all signs in Chinese) could not support the unit's when they were told "yes bring them no problem!" This place is an electrical death trap and fire

Looked at Brandy Hill for our 2016 wedding and while the farm and grounds were beautiful there were a lot of problems. For one, Chloe was almost 30 minutes late for our appointment and provided two conflicting reasons which only made me more skeptical considering what the other Yelp reviewer had to say about a completely forgotten appointment. By the time she got there we had already taken a self tour of the entire venue. The groom who was getting married that evening was also there with some friends. They all appeared to be impatiently waiting for someone or setup of some kind that was running
