Our rich history history dates back to 1855. At that time we were known as Babcock Pump which was originally founded in 1855 by Mr. A Babcock and was one of the leading manufacturing companies located in the City of Ogdensburg, NY. In 1910, J.C. Howland purchased the company and changed the name to J.C. Howland Pump Works in 1922.
Our Ogdensburg headquarters have been at its current location since 1984. The branch includes our corporate offices as well as counter and outside sales serving customers ranging from the residential contractor to major commercial construction. The branch is currently managed by Ronald Mandigo and logistics manager Ryan Farrell.
Joining the Howland family of wholesalers as a result of the 2018 acquisition of Hulbert Supply, the branch is home to a busy counter and active customer base in both the residential and commercial space. Plattsburgh is also home to the company's bath and kitchen showroom. The branch is managed by Rob Molinari; the showroom is managed by Beth Barnes.
