Bores Property Services LLC (BPS) started with a high school student and a lifelong dream. Chris Bores has enjoyed equipment and dirt since he was a small child. His dreams have never waivered and today, he is doing exactly what he always imagined he would be; running a successful, limitless Property Management business that focuses on quality work, professional and personal company relationships, safety, and of course, growth.
Chris started Bores Property Services LLC as a landscape business back in 2009. Taking knowledge from his construction education and his work experience, Chris pushed BPS to achieve new levels each year and hit milestone goals. As the company started to grow it also began to expand past just landscape jobs.

We have the best equipment and knowledge to handle a wide variety of excavation and machine based projects. Honestly, it's not even 100% done yet but I am so pleased I couldn't wait to say something about it. If I could put photos up on this review you'd see why I'm so happy! We have been living in our home for 7 years now and have almost always hated our backyard - simply because of the weeds and overgrowth from the buffer zone.
Bores Property Services is your home for solar field maintenance in the New England area. We provide vegetation control, erosion control, site work, seeding, snow removal, and various construction/landscape services for your solar installation. We currently service over 450 acres of solar field in the New England area.
Snow removal is a primary business for us! We are not a landscape company that does snow as a winter filler. We take pride in our training, knowledge and professionalism in the snow removal and deicing industry. Pre-Season walkthroughs allow our operators to get an idea of the layout of your property before the snow falls reducing risk of damage.
Hydroseed is a mixture of blended mulches and paper, combined with seed, water, and nutrients all mixed together in a tank. This mixture creates a slurry that is then applied to your prepared area. Germination starts within 10-14 days and full growth can generally be observed in about 6-8 weeks. Bores Property Services has successfully been hydroseeding for years and are excited to expand into bigger projects.
