The person answering the phone was pleasant.
She came back after checking and told me that they are not a good fit for what I need.
I asked if they could wrap my boat for towing and she said no they don't do that. I am in the military transferring and needed this done.
In their gallery I see smaller boats than mine being wrapped. This is a poor service. If you don't do something take the %^&& pictures off your gallery

I purchased a Coke cooler, that was made into a chair. Craters and Freighters picked up the item from the auction house, wrapped it in foam, added rigid styrofoam on all sides, put it in a custom box that was mounted to a custom wood crate, and shipped the item over 2,000 miles to my house. The chair arrived in perfect condition and I will definitely use Craters and Freighters again!

Had a great experience with Craters and Freighters. Sandi was awesome in coordinating local pickup from the seller, providing pictures along the way for the item and the final packaging. Had a tricky shipping project involving pick-up, custom crating and freighting. Craters & Freighters went to the pick-up site to inspect the goods and provided a quote with several reasonable options for how to handle the project. I selected the option that worked best for me and hired Craters & Freighters for the project. They did a great job! Coordinated pick-up of the goods, did the pick-up, packaged the goods and shipped them to me. They did an excellent job of updating me at each stage of the process, including providing a tracking number when they released the crate to the carrier. I received
