Each of our trucks provide more space then the largest U Haul (26 foot) moving truck. Our biggest advantage with our truck is that breakables (TV's Lamps, Mirrors, Glass, Plants, Pictures, etc, ) go upfront, separate from large and heavy items. You may not have to pack or crate items that you would with other companies.

Hewes Family Movers saved the day. I had booked movers and ordered a U-Haul, however on the day that they were supposed to show, they called and cancelled (for a valid reason). I contacted several people in town and although Hewes was already booked, they were able to find some movers that were off that day to come and make the move happen. They stayed in constant contact with me and checked in once they had a crew en route. The crew were professional and worked very hard. It's always a game of Tetris to pack the truck and they were experts. They moved 3 storage units and a two bedroom apartment

Everyone I was in contact with/ worked with was so considerate and professional. Dakota and Jesse were my movers and were the best I could've hoped for!! I was absolutely dreading this move but they made it completely painless.

This was a last minute move due to the movers I had booked I had to fire,because one of the movers didn't want to listen to the customer and do his own thing. I called Bill with Hewes Family and luckily he had a last minute opening. He sent 2 very professional guys to move my things (Danieland Jay). They showed up on time, and worked fast. There's no hidden fees, and they DON'T ASK FOR MONEY UP FRONT!!! They want to make sure you're happy before asking for payment. Their rates were better than the company I fired (TWO MEN/TRUCK). I would use Hewes Family movers again in a heart beat!!! The owner

I rarely write reviews, but when you are enduring the stress of moving, and people you hire make your life easier, it is worth noting. Daniel, Thomas and Jay helped my family move on Saturday, September 21, 2019 and they were awesome. They were efficient, mindful and hard-working. Their attitudes were terrific as several people were giving them instructions throughout the day. They were also very careful with our belongings and no abrasions on the walls as they moved furniture. I would highly recommend the service and specifically these three gentlemen. Christin in the office was also great to
