This is an honest review of my experience. I currently live in a rental property owned and run by Red Rock Real Estate. For four months I have been trying to get a hold of them regarding a repair that is badly needed to my upstairs bathroom window. Up until now I have had great customer service and I LOVE my townhome. It's fall now and I haven't gotten a call back, an email or a text regarding the fact that my window is barely in the wall. It fell out on me and broke. Though it wasn't my fault I still offered to pay for it. Nope. No response. I'm being ghosted by my landlord. . It stings. Since
