Legacy Staffing

This staffing agency is a JOKE! If I could give zero I would! My son is a recent HS graduate and working with them. He is still waiting to get paid for the month of July. It’s August! And he has a missing check since May!!! It’s AUGUST! Owen and Christina say their going to resolve the issue and don’t! We have emails, text messages to prove. This agency makes sure they get paid and screw the hard working employees. Don’t even waste your time here with these people. They obviously don’t care they want good employees yet their communication is nonexistent! Unprofessional, false promises

When I walk into the place the first thing that made me raise my eyebrows was that none of the employees were wearing masks. but all the clients that were in there were. Also, there was a guy who brought his baby in a baby carrier and he said he left something in his car and he had to run back to get it. you left the baby with one of the representatives (which I would not have done) and the lady was speaking with the baby at a closer range than one would feel comfortable during these times. The final straw for me was when I asked the lady for the fax number and she paused looked at the ceiling

I have been with them for years my pay is always on time they took up for me when i was wrongfully accused always helpful with any Updates I need I WOULD LOVE TO GET BETTER PAY THO !:)

I tried accessing my pay stubs online, but was locked out of my account. Every time I asked for help I was given the run around either through a cryptic email or them not even answering the phones. They claimed they were closed for the day in the early afternoon just to avoid answering phone calls.

Expect them to only care about there own image. I say this because I broke a bone pn oct 13 2017 and was told to come beck to work by new years 2018 or I loose my job. Naturally I pushed myself to hard, to keep my job . And now risk permanent nerve damage. Yeah super happy.

They NEVER return calls and when you finally get someone to pick up the phone they tell you that the ONLY person in the whole company who can help is out of the office. Really? Only one person in your office knows how to help?

They did find me an assignment but they very lazy and unprofessional on their end. Payroll is constantly late and i have direct deposit and still don't recieve my checks until the following week. They'll tell you call if you have a problem but when you do they'll only say that the person you is calling for is on another call and she'll call you back which she never will. But let you be 5 minutes late for work, they'll somehow remember your number and call you asap. Make you wonder, you can call me when I'm late for work but you can't call when your late on doing your payroll??? Just a bunch of

Very poor place to work. Ricky the supervisor is very very disrespectful. We're trying to get rehired once and found out the same day as my interview that my brother was having heart surgery she got mad and loud talking being disrespectful and than hung up on me without saying bye! The worst job I've every dealt with. Very unprofessional. Good luck new employees and new hires!

Jenna that works there is the most unprofessional lady I have ever met and rude as hell to the applicants, She lied and said If I took a $9 an hr. job I would be hired in at $15 an Hr. I quit my real job to take a chance on Legacy and they failed me big time because the position was only temp and never to be anything else. (I found this out after 90 days) I would not recommend this Dump Site agency to anyone unless I didn't like them. The only way I can see hiring a person like Jenna is if her father owns the place.
