Troy began his career in HVAC and plumbing working for a contractor in 1985, where he delivered parts and supplies to employees on jobsites. He worked his way through the ranks, in several different capacities learning the trade from top to bottom. He wanted more, though. His passion for great customer service shaped his vision for starting his own business.
In 2002, Troy made the commitment, and opened his first business. He started with himself, and one part time employee. His strong work ethic and focus quickly paid off. Troy continued to increase business as well as the number of employees. Troy is very active in his church, local nonprofits, and has taken many mission trips to offer help and share his faith with those in need.

Had zero water pressure with no explanation at 6pm, Paul came out and diagnosed my issues that night. The next day Paul and Dave came and installed a new pump. They were very flexible and able to accommodate my time needs. They did a great job with the installation and now my waters like brand new! They kept me informed of every step in the process and made sure I had no questions or concerns, excellent customer service and great work!

Ivan was amazing! He was kind, courteous, efficient and patient with us. We weren't happy with the way the shower handle was installed and he took it apart again and installed it the way we wanted it. He went above and beyond and was very neat. Pedro and Chris assisted us in selecting new products and helped us communicate with Ivan. Everyone was top notch! Thank you all!

Our well system was old and needed some TLC. After a quick Google search we came across Lee County Plumbing and Well Service and were pleasantly surprised. Their prices were fair and everyone we talked to in the office (Christy and Jennifer) were incredibly helpful and communicative. Matt did an amazing job fixing and replacing needed components and explaining the issues in a clear and concise way. I cannot recommend this company enough.
