I transferred from FL to KY and found Tiffany Thacker. When I say this is the best insurance agent I've had, I mean it. She is so amazing and is always on top of her game. It has been nothing but problems with this agent. They are constantly billing me incorrectly, and they never update their records no matter how many times you correct them. I was just notified today they had a person I don't even know on my policy, they didn't give me the coverage I asked for, and they didn't even have the correct address on file when I have called 2 or 3 times to update it. I will absolutely be changing agents.

Danielle Arms from Tiffany Thacker's office was AMAZING! I have been dreading getting (my own) insurance on my car for months now ... took the plunge this morning ... Who's awesome? Tiffany Thacker is.. Why is Tiffany Thacker awesome? To make a long story short, a couple of months ago Tiffany called me personally to tell me that my car insurance was lowered on the month. Tiffany was so excited to tell me the news, and she made my day off a simple phone call. Excellent person everyone, great team, and I highly recommend.

I have been with State Farm for forever. I was originally with another agent who retired and our account was transferred to Tiffany earlier this year. She gave us a call because she wanted to introduce herself and go over our account details to make sure we understood everything and to see if there was anything additional she could do to help. My previous agent was always helpful if I needed anything but never asked us to come in to review our policy. Tiffany was awesome and even found us an additional discount. I would definitely recommend Tiffany Thacker at State Farm!
