At NWCHC, we are committed to being your healthcare home and our qualified providers are trained to the latest standards of care. We care about you as a whole person and are committed to offering you a high level of service across our entire organization: medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health.
Your primary care provider leads your care team, which may include providers, nurses, medical assistants, pharmacy, dental professionals, health educators, behavioral health professionals and other support staff. Our teams act as "coaches" who help you get healthy, stay healthy, and get the care and services that are right for you.
The Dental Team of Northwest CHC offers you a pleasant environment that is focused on you and your personal dental needs. The experienced staff in our dental department understand the importance of a coordinated approach to care. They routinely work with our medical and pharmacy departments to ensure your visit at NWCHC is as seamless and efficient as possible striving to be your healthcare home.
NWCHC has several options and programs to assist patients with their pharmaceutical needs. At the Libby location we have a convenient onsite pharmacy for easy pick-up and refills. Medications provided at the onsite pharmacy are offered on a sliding fee scale to all eligible NWCHC patients. We offer competitive prices for cash paying patients and accept.

Had to schedule COVID vaccine 5 different times because they can't figure out their own scheduling. ACTUAL medical staff are amazing but are hamstrung by an inept administration and clerical staff. Save yourself the stress and hassle and go elsewhere. Also... If COVID is as prevalent as CHC keeps saying why are they only testing at 2:45? No conspiracy theory or anything but wouldn't logic dictate more testing times to test more people?

Really they don't call for an appointment, the company clearly has no obligation to help the community.
Miss an appointment and they reschedule. Just so they can all go on lunch break. Nobody is qualified to administer a simple shot for my son.
Honestly who there knows what they are doing. The receptionists as well, sure you do your job but that's just it. You sit behind a desk and turn people away just to reschedule.
It isn't fair to the public knowing if they have to travel and they miss an important appointment only to be sent home to redo it again.
All in all very disappointing.

Awesome staff in all departments and the pharmacy staff & pharmacist are just lovely to see - they go out of their way to help patients pay as little as possible for meds & are extremely friendly people. Medical/psychiatric staff and doctors are amazing! They truly make time to get to know their patients and manage their care with discussion of medications and procedures. There is no hesitation in ordering necessary tests and referrals.
