Made my son an appointment for a haircut for Homecoming. His usual stylist wasn't available, no big deal, we scheduled anyways for Saturday at 10:30. At 9:07, Saturday morning, they leave him a voicemail asking if he can come at 9:30 instead. He wasn't able to get there in 23 minutes. He was then told 10:30 was no longer available. Later, they called to say they could see him at 1:30. 1:30 he gets there and is told, "sorry, we can't get you in for another hour". At that point, I just picked him up and here we are, trying to get a decent haircut somewhere for Homecoming. I understand someone's color

Highly recommend!!! I got married October 2018, and I had myself and my entire wedding party get their hair and makeup done. The staff was very friendly and was very easy to work with. They were very personable and were willing to do any style you asked. All of the girls that got services from them were pleased with how everything turned out. I couldn't imagine going with any other salon for my big day. Thank you Platinum Salon & Spa!

2 weeks ago I got eyelash extension and they are great!!! Didn’t have to wear any mascara or eyeliner... my hair grows fast so I just added more and fill tonight they look so amazing. I won’t ever have to wear makeup ever again and they look amazing!!! I’m so I love with these lashes... they are not heavy or to long... they look natural!!!
I will keep up for it foresure!!!!

Amazing stylists and service. Service and quality is perfect every single time. I've never had a bad experience. I rarely get any "me" time, and the stylists at Platinum really do pamper their clients. Each cut includes a scalp, head/face and hand massage, wash and style! Could not ask for a better experience! Thank you Platinum! My little slice of heaven.

I made an appointment at Platinum with a stylist I was assured was experienced with Balayage color. Armed with several pictures, I had an extensive consultation with the stylist prior to the service. When I left, not only was I unhappy with the color, but the cut was botched as well. I contacted the salon repeatedly and was able to speak with the owner a couple days later. She offered an appointment with the same stylist, which I was not willing return to, or to wait a few weeks until she had availability that wouldn't interfere with my work schedule for color correction. My favorite salon ever! Tabitha is my stylist and never disappoints. She changes up my hair exactly as I ask by combining the perfect color of lowlights and highlights. My husband also goes here. He has a very trendy haircut and he's hard to please. His cuts are always flawless. I highly recommend this salon. The staff is accommodating and professional.

I had my black hair turned blonde here a month ago and they worked on me for four hours and only charged me 120 bucks..doesnt include 20 dollar tip of course!
The lady I had was very young but obviously knew how to fix some hair! I was comfortable and the salon is smaller and more intimate which is always great! I even took my mom there a month later..she was very pleased!
I wanted to add that even though they are suppose to sell you alot of extra stuff, they are no pressure here! they just explain products to you and let you decide.I would reccomend this place to any one in the area!
