I worked for Tech Systems Inc for almost two years. After spending 8 years in the Army and an additional 13 working as an engineer for the department of defense. I never imagined I would find an employer more unorganized and mismanaged. TSI is the quintessential lip service company. Regardless if they're talking to their clients or employees. Ample promises and commitments are made and ultimately the only thing they're consistent with is excuses. The whole company is built on nepotism. A plethora of manager's and executives wives and or children litter the employee payroll and they have no issues
