Since their inception in 1978, Tucson Container (TCC) and Kino Packaging, Foam, and Crating, have placed a special importance on its customers, people and technology. As a packaging box manufacturer, the entire CalBox Group has sustained a constant program of preventive maintenance, ISO9001, and housekeeping to insure that the machinery and trucks are in 100% working order to handle the constant changing requirements of our customers.
We help packaging customers reduce their inventory and warehousing costs with proprietary software for scheduling fast machinery setup and J.I.T. daily deliveries. Small and mid-size orders with one-day turnaround is our specialty. Each of our facilities has their own structural designers using CAD-CAM and the latest software.
Our enhanced combinations of containerboard grades and flute profiles, combined with the latest production technology, offer unlimited possibilities in design, quality and box strength which save money. As unitized carrier loading and warehousing have proliferated, stacking strength has become a more important factor than burst strength.

The benefits of litho labels will always be the 'go to ' for those high quality graphics and long run orders. When a digital printing innovation was introduced to the corrugated industry, many admitted to thinking that it would replace litho labeling altogether. As time goes on, however, converters are finding that digital print isn't the slam dunk replacement for litho printing that many thought it would be.

I received a surprise wholesale order from a spa in Miami, CA (I sell skincare.) I needed some larger containers to help me create & ship my products. I called and was told that I could stop by and shop. I stopped by and I was greeted by a very hostile woman. She made me feel so uncomfortable. I was so disappointed because my business has been growing in sales and I would've really loved to have a local provider for my packaging. I need the help. I want others to know that supporting this business means supporting those who will call security on you for stopping by and wanting to work with them

A skilled craftsman or an artist? Paul Hartzberg of Tucson Container is both! After a FedEx Ground shipping disaster in which one of only two
ceramic commodes in the US was destroyed, I couldn't risk a repeat so
I contacted Tucson Container and reached Paul. He understood completely and promised my commode would reach LA in one piece.
Two day's later he txtd me a photo of the crate he'd constructed! GORGEOUS! On Friday the commode arrived, as promised, totally unscathed! But best of all I also now have a crate that is too beautiful to
dismantle! I'm going to stain

I was in a bind and "needed" some packing paper "news print". I went there and was greeted by nothing but rude employees. Then, when I went to pay for 1 bundle of packing paper it was $35 plus tax. I told the customer service agent that they were expensive compared to what I normally pay. There bundle of paper had a total of 900 sheets. I normally buy off of Amazon 2000 sheets for $45 with free shipping. She then replied "do you want it or not?" Then upon paying at the front desk, the rude, lazy lady, didn't want to take the time to process the payment, and another lady had to come out and take
