Earlier this year I had them put a whole new roof on my house, they also fixed 2 large holes in my roof. Then I had them put all new gutters and downspouts on. A couple of months later there were a couple of minor issues. I called Jason and sent him photos. After a delay, due only to weather, they came and fixed it. It all looks good again! They stood behind their promise to fix anything that may go wrong. And they cleaned up.. again. Am a happy customer..again.

I found a metal roof that I loved at finemetalrooftech.com but was unsuccessful in locating a roofing contractor that would step out of the box and try a new product. Then I found Jason at Great Lakes Building Concepts. He was so confident in his roofing team, led by Marc, that he agreed to install and warranty the new roof.
