The owner Kim is SUPER friendly, professional and more importantly KNOWLEDGEABLE in her field. She was extremely reassuring to speak with and very promptly (literally next day) had one of her techs, a man named Paul come to our house for a fly issue. This man knows his stuff! No two ways about it. Very professional and a joy to speak with.
This company is a rarity in this day and age.

They have sprayedSome buildings at Pine Ridge Estates for cockroaches. This will be3:times in a months period. Still not gone. Building 1 has had ongoing problem since Jan of 2016.They have sprayed over 7 times in one year. Cannot get it right They have no clue how to rid them if they keep coming back. Discusting things.Get it done right. I would only use Terminex if I was a landlord.
