John Boots is certified Red Level Tech and that is the highest proficiency level available in Honda. We are very familiar with rebuilding Gold Wing Transmissions, Right Switch Assemblies and any other technical work that must be done either mechanical or electrical on any Honda Model. Our pricing is reasonable and we are aware of all of the current issues on any Honda model.

Paid to get a valve adjustment on a trx450
Got it back with NO COMPRESSION ..
They suggested me let them inspect my top end
I had plenty on compression when I dropped it off so I asked them if they set the decompression valve and if so what it was set to ! They explained they did set it and by the book .. I got it home and took the valve cover off and put motor top dead center and used my filler gauge and knew instantly they lied it was so far off from spec there no way possible they tried to set it ..
If I didn't know what I was doing I would have followed them up on there "suggestion

I purchased a Honda Lawnmower from them. Great lawnmower; lousy service department. Called twice. No answer and it went back to the receptionist. Left my telephone number and received no callback. I got my service elsewhere and will buy my next lawnmower elsewhere also. If you can't get the item serviced why buy from them?

I went in a couple months ago to buy some parts although most of the parts section was very nice and helpful, the older lady at the counter Deborah I do believe, was not at all. She was very rude to me when I asked questions about a sale priced item. She was disrespectful when explaining things to me about the parts I was picking up, and talked to me as if I was dumb, she was also talking under her breath as she was checking me out. I was very pleased with honda, but that was so unprofesional. I cant believe you would let someone act like that work with coustomers.
