Very poor service, getting parts and very disorganized, need to hire better, techs, they took my company's money, before they fishing the working,on my truck. And I. Still sitting at the shop, I have been here 10 days.
And I'm still broken down.. very poor, service. The owners need to be more responsible, too,drivers and people who have broken down. All owners think of is getting as much money out of you as he can. I don't recommend them to anyone, AT ALL. Don't recommend them for a quick, fix,at all. As for the one-star, they don't even deserve that. They cost me money and time and too miss two

These guys are worst people to get your work done
Please don’t call them for road service they tell you something else on the phone for eta then make you wait 8-9 hours. They lie to you on your face try to rip you off. They charged me $300 dollars freight to get a part from there own shop when I talked to there manager In the morning he said we won’t charge you for this but they denied it later.

If I could give them minus ten thousand stars I would. Unprofessional, no clue, so called car repair shop. When you call them they will tell you what ever you want to hear just to keep you waiting for them. If you switch to other service they will get mad at you. They promised to help me knowing they could no arrive within 12 hrs. If you have vehicle problem on highway try repair shop located next to Lovell gas station. BTW, this pathetic Cornwell place said is open 24hr which wasn't true at all. Hopefully Karma will pay you back. And, yes Karma will pay you back.

The manager Max is such a joy to work with. Not only is he thorough, but he explained to my wife and I everything he was going to do and he consistently made sure that if there was additional work to be done, he let us know before he made repairs. He did such a great job and I honestly want something else to brake so that we can see Max again. Paid for the service, but my wife and I can easily it was worth every penny from all the laughs. 10/10 will come back just to see Max! You are the best!!!!!
