When purchased, the Protection Plan extends the warranty for an additional period. You won't find a better shop for your custom needs! I shopped around and their prices are great compared to other shops in town doing the same thing. The work they do looks great. But definitely the main thing that sets them apart is how excited they are to help you customize your vehicle. They will let you know their opinions about what will look good vs what won't. Very responsive... always answered my many phone calls and sent update pics. My Jeep turned out better than I even expected. Great experience!

I brought my car in after emailing back and forth with Junior, at Texas Audio: I have had a dash cam in my car for a while, but was using a dangling power cable plugged in to an adapter, and wanted to get it hardwired, with the wires hidden, without messing up the inside of the car. The camera also needed the rear cam installed, and wiring hidden for that, as well.

Needed a place to tint my windows and Texas Audio Customs did a great job! I called a few days ahead to ask for the pricing and estimated time it took to complete the job. Took my car in a few days later and pricing was all the same as he mentioned over the phone (which isn't the case at some places) They finished my car the same day within 2 hours max. When I went to pick up my car, the tint job was amazing. They even placed stickers on my window buttons to remind me not to roll the windows for 3-5 days after.

Tx Audio is a wonderful place to get a stereo or alarm system with gps. I had 3 installed already with two stereos . Jr. Is the owner who is always there , and always willing to help. He has a great personality , and incredible gift with customer service. He is very knowledgeable about what you have to either make it sound better, or be honest and tell you a better option is to upgrade for better quality . His honesty and integrity is what keeps me coming back.

Texas Audio was great. They helped replace the broken and outdated stereo system in my old Lexus with a bluetooth model. They walked me through my choices, were really clear about the time it would take and the costs that they expected. There was one wonky thing about my car that meant that there might be an extra cost after they took it apart to see exactly what was broken. They were clear about that before they started the work and told me exactly how much more it would be and how much more time it would take if that thing was broken. Turns out it was, and their estimation was spot on. No surprise

Had to get my tint redone after moving to a new state in order to pass inspections. They were very helpful with talking me through the process and gave me a great deal on removing my old tint and installing a new tint that would pass inspection! I received the 35% Carbon tint and it made my car look amazing! Highly recommend!

This was the second time I've used TAC for tint and additional vinyl work. As expected they did a fantastic job on both my CX-5 and my Model3. The latter being an extremely difficult job considering the full glass roof on the Tesla and their ability to do it with one piece of film was exceptional. They also installed a vinyl overlay on the center console, which is difficult considering the tight corners around say cupholders or media centers, and did a fantastic job and it has held up since without any wear.

Great deal. I bought the basic tint on Groupon then upgrade to SunTek standard tint with better heat resistance. Staff here is friendly and very informative. The shop is clean and have tons of other stuffs to look at such as audio upgrade, remote starter upgrade, which make my waiting time feel shorter. Highly recommended !

I came here for window tinting and had a great experience. Moe was very helpful & knowledgable in providing suggestions on which tint would be the best fit for my car. I dropped it off on a Saturday and it was done within a few hours. Paul was very professional and made sure the tint was perfect before I left.
