I had an issue with my septic tank and called in the morning. The office said that their crew had a very busy schedule and I was OK with that. The technician arrived very early in the afternoon and had the solution under control by the time I got to the house. Tyler was very knowledgeable and explained everything in lay terms making it easy to understand the problem, the solution, and several things to watch for.

Home aerobic aerobic septic systems, or aerobic treatment systems, are small scale sewage treatment systems similar to a septic tank system, but which uses an aerobic process for digestion rather than just the anaerobic process used in septic systems. Aerobic Treatment Systems have three compartments: the trash tank, the treatment plant, and the pump tank.

Cannot recommend this company enough.
My aerobic septic system alarm was going off Sunday, and the company who installed it would not come out until Wednesday. I Called Tex Tech and the Dispatcher Talissa Trotter treated it like a emergancy and made it a priority to get someone to come out quickly to resolve the issue. I’m so thankful for this company and the highly skilled technicians Chris, and Jody, for coming out and putting my issue on top priority order. They had all the tools and parts needed on hand and even explained and answered all questions on my system.

These guys are my heroes! We were in the last stages of closing on a house and literally had two days to get everything in to close. We found out that we needed a complete redesign of the septic system for it to pass inspection. Tex Tech moved mountains to try and help us! If it weren't for their caring and quick response time, we would have been up @&*! Creek...pardon the pun.

I agree to BEWARE! review, please don't do business with this crooks. They did rip me off like others. They charged replacing pumps and other parts of aerobic septic system, but didn't do the wiring and vacuum up the trash tank and later I had to spend $8000 damage insurance claim due to septic back up.
