Despite being unfriendly and tentative sounding over the phone, we made an appointment to have multiple projects for renovation assessed. We set a date and time and they were a NO SHOW to the appointment, never letting us know they weren't coming. Highly unprofessional and disappointed by their conduct since we had been interested in their wide array of services and thought we could provide them with a great deal of work. We DO NOT recommend a company that's rude over the phone and cannot even show up! There are other options in the Dubuque area!

Very nice on the phone. Described how they do everything from very small jobs to large jobs. I described my projects on the phone, scheduled an appt. It seemed that he was very much rushing thru the appt to look for only big jobs, when he knew they were all small.
Not so nice when he realized that I was getting more than one quote and that I was aware of what the projects entailed. One of his quotes was 2x others for the same work. I am sure they do good work, but from a price point and attitude, not a good fit for me.
