Services
We are open Monday-Sunday, 6:00am-6:00pm or you may leave a recorded message evenings or weekends. We ask orders be placed on the day prior to your requested delivery, when possible. We will however, accommodate last minute orders. Please allow 48 hours in advance for events involving china or service personnel.
Quality and selection is the foundation of our success. In addition to our daily "homemade" entrees, and soups, Franklin Caterers offers a menu including freshly baked muffins, bagels, and Danish pastries, breakfast buffets that are sure to please your guests; "create your own" overstuffed deli sandwiches, specialty sandwiches, unique salads, and a variety of healthy options.
Spinach Salad - Spinach, tomato, onion, chopped bacon, crumbled egg and sliced mushrooms. Greek Salad - Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, and feta cheese. Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, fresh baked croutons, fresh Parmigiana, and homemade dressing. The hot lunch buffets are based on groups of 30 or more, smaller groups will be subject to a surcharge.
I ordered from Franklin Caterers for a last minute work luncheon and I'm glad I made that choice. Franklin Caterers catered our wedding and were so helpful throughout the whole planning process. Everyone was telling us it was the best food they ever tasted at a wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the way everything turned out.

Delicious, yummy and so good. I can not think of any more words to describe the food that Franklin caterers made for my event. Everyone could not get over how good it was. We had the hottest day of this year so far and everything was great. Joan is so professional. I was freaking out about everything, the place of the event, the drinks and the food. And she was able to make me feel everything will be just fine. Confident, professional, organized and communicative. She communicated with me through every step. I would defiantly use Franklin Caterers every time. Thank you for a wonderful day.

A month ago, we got a business meeting at our place and I was really busy those days and do not actually had the time to cater ourself. That is why I hired this renowned caterer and this is actually a rewarding experience. Starting from the menu till the way they handle the guests truly fascinate me. They are ideal to hire both for social and corporate events. Their quality and selection of cuisines was actually fabulous.
