Customer care and service is inadequate. Multiple online emails thru "Contact Us" went unanswered. 2 months dealing with Escrow inquiries and calls speaking with 3 separate supervisors resulting in most recent payment funds removed from bank account 11/5 and never "Applied" in payment history until 11/20. Last supervisor would only keep telling me… he spoke to 2 managers and they refused to re-apply payment claiming "protocol and policy to put payment in suspension and we will not re-apply payment back to the date we received funds from your bank". After some issues with Loan Care not paying my past due property taxes and me hitting my proverbial head against a well for almost 2 months because I couldn’t get them to help me get them paid. Although the money was in escrow. After a rant on Facebook 2 days before the lien was attached to my property in which I tagged HarborOne out of… frustration. Well shortly after that the social media director messaged me right away and promised me when she went into work, she’d let a manager know and they would help me get it resolved.
