I love This place! They always have what is needed and you can get it delivered or pick up your items when you like. Not to mention the discounts they give for purchasing above $50. The crew is very respectful and always professional.Best packing supply store in Monterey county.

For me, a 1-star review has to meet these qualifications: 1) Was it one bad or unfavorable experience, or does it seem to be the norm over a sustained period of time? 2) Was it one employee with poor attitude and skillset, or across the whole staff? 3) If all parties were to tell the truth, would it qualify as a case with the Better Business Bureau? Sadly, Monterey Packaging Supplies checks all the boxes here. Untrustworthy and also rude. Yikes.

If you are not a big manufacturer, don't waste your time here. I was treated like a second class citizen and was basically asked to move along so that the guy could help someone more important behind me.

I had used out of state packaging as well as internet and found what I needed and great value right her in my back yard. Why complicate my life when I can buy local? These people were great! It's a tough business and they do what they do as well as anyone, maybe better.

Wonderful showroom, High prices and Lousy service. If you're not doing really big orders they will see to it that you feel as though your business is not a priority. When they make a mistake they stick you with it. When they make a promise, good luck getting them to honor it. Once you work with them you'll feel _good_ about ordering online--at least you tried to spend your money locally. Save your gas money and pay the shipping and handling when you find products on line at a fraction of the price.
