Kevin Gilleland is the owner and CEO of United Painting Services, Inc., and has been in the painting industry for 28 years. He started United Painting Services in 1998 after moving to the Tampa Bay Area from the Atlanta area in 1996. In addition to his vast experience, he is a certified Lead Renovator and Swing Stage Operator.
