Dr. Alan Dorfman grew up on Long Island before going off to Atlanta, Georgia for his undergraduate and dental studies at Emory University. Having a father who was a dentist, left NO decision as to his eventual return to Long Island in 1983 to join his father's practice in Westbury.

Working for over 19 years alongside his father enabled Dr. Dorfman to acquire much more dental wisdom, practice management skills and his father's love for the profession.Dr. Dorfman used this time to further the practice's resources.
