The office was lovely. They gave me water. This practitioner really knows his stuff and has set up a sleek environment—the apple store of Chiropractors. That being said, there are some shady practices going on regarding finances, and I'm glad to see that all of the new Facebook ads focus on "yes we cost a lot; that's because we're high quality" (something to that end) rather than on how great the deal is, because my new patient visit cost more than three times the advertised cost. I was then sent off-site for x-rays (these don't count as the "scans" or "exams" that are all supposedly includedâ€

What a nice addition to Pleasanton. I work next to Arnold's office and had the good fortune to try him out for an adjustment and advice on my super tight muscles. Arnold did a thorough assessment of my issues, told me what he thought needed care, talked to me about the work he did, and then taught me stretches and movements for at-home care. That kind of attention to in-office treatment plus sending me home with knowledge so I can maintain and improve his good work, is very appreciated. Check out Turning Point for sure.

I have never been to a chiropractor and I’m 52 years old. I was in a car accident and I really needed help. I was referred here And I am so glad. Dr. is kind and so knowledgeable.He knows what he’s talking about, he answers all your questions, And does not make you feel bad for asking him to explain things. After I’m done from the car accident injury I hope to continue on a regular basis. If you’re looking for a great chiropractor come here.

Dr. Arnold is the best! He’s an extremely genuine Chiropractor and he explains everything that he’s doing to you. His office is clean and have tons of parking space. Situated in a very nice area in Pleasanton. I live in Hayward but I come to him to get care. I highly recommend Dr Arnold if you need a chiropractor. I have referred one of my friends already and he’s made an appt right away.

Dr. Arnold has been a life saver for me. Since I have been under his care my neck to my lower back has felt better and better every week. Dr. Arnold takes his time to explain every technique he uses. He also makes sure to only work on problem areas and does not apply work where it is not needed. He also uses top of the line technology and you can actually see in visual form where more pressure is throughout your spine and neck something I've never was given before with past chiropractors.
