Dr. carter has been prescribing my hormone replacement. He’s a wonderful doctor and so knowledgeable about the importance of bio identical hormones for women. The best part is that it’s actually AFFORDABLE for women to get the help they need here, and they don’t add unnecessary charges for lab work. I am so pleased with my Botox treatment and results. My forehead is noticeable smoother and had a substantial decrease in the creasing around my eyes. Dr. Abbott and Liz, RN answered all my questions and were so knowledgeable about skin care. I am absolutely in love with the medical grade sunscreen they recommended. I love this place!! They've been amazing with information, the way they treat me is incredible and I'm so grateful!! I went for their noninvasive procedures and learned about much more, instead of jumping straight into any procedure I learned about this incredible opportunity to lose some of the weight that has really been affecting me and I don't like to call it a diet necessarily, I like to think of it as a healthy way of learning to eat. I have been seen by Dr.Abbott, Brittany & Maureen & they each were magnificent. They take the time to listen to what you are hoping to achieve & explain to you how they can help you achieve your goal. They are very organized & professional, while at the same time being very kind. I was very nervous my first time there, but was quickly put at ease. Dr. Abbott and his staff made me feel welcome right from the beginning. It was my first time being treated with Botox and he really took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know before the procedure. After seeing many with unnatural results from injections, I was very nervous about having procedures done. Even though I was nervous, I still saw subtle signs of aging at 36, that I wanted to correct. I told Dr. Abbot my concerns and he told me options that were available but was very honest and told me that I did not need these procedures. Why is an MD doing nothing but aesthetic spa treatments only?? I ask this question now in light of the rude way I was dismissed by this "med spa." When I expressed concerns about the treatments received and asked for a touch up, I was told to come back. Then I received a short abrupt email telling me to seek future services elsewhere. I was shocked by this short email as our face to face exchanges had been so pleasant. I guess this dr. Abbott doesn't want to provide basic customer service. You take it and accept it without questions or you will be sent away. If you care at all about
