I would not recommend entrusting the selling of your home to Elite Auctions as in my experience, it amounts to the loss of time and money.
Elite Auctions contacted my real estate agent offering to help sell my $3MM home. After collecting the $75K fee upfront, I was optimistic when the CEO and President both assured me that not only was there a very high probability of reaching the full asking price of $3.4MM but that if at any point I felt uncomfortable I had up until five minutes before the auction to back out.
After two months of preparation, the auction day had come. Elite Auctions CEO and

I had my first experience at a luxury real estate auction at a property on Marco Island that Elite Auctions was conducting. It was an incredibly professionally run event, with a number of bidders and a very enthusiastic auctioneer who kept the action going right up to the gavel. I saw the winners heading down the hall to complete their purchase paperwork right after they won and everybody was smiling, so I’d say the auction was a success.

Randy & Team, you are phenomenal !!! On a Friday afternoon I receive a well composed email on a property in Old Naples.
