First, asked preferably for one of their rooms between 110-120 so guy at front desk puts back room 113 key card & gives us room 123s key card instead..
Also, card key to our room wouldn't work & open the door even though it had worked just over an hour prior when room was first purchased.. So, went back to desk & they told us maintenance was in room 136.
Therefore, my brother had went & knocked on maintenance mans door & then I walked over & knocked not twice but three times & no one answered.. so once again went back up to the front desk, and by now it's pouring down rain & still our room with

Manager was rude and obnoxious. 6 inch block of ice blocked the use of freezer, frayed wiring, filthy coffee pot, no internet, no handicap or accessible rooms, toilet rocked when you say on it, refrigerator was filthy, smoke detector was missing, microwave was filthy or rusted, and no lighting. Place needs to be condemned.

More a Rent-By-The-Hour than a legitimate place of lodging.
My experience was gawd awful.
I admit I was highly irritated at the LACK of customer service, and being cussed at in Indian, and threatened with arrest (I wanted my card number back he had written down in an unsecure manner - he refused).
I cannot un-recommend this place enough. Run, do not walk. Stay farfar away.

Would give 1/2 star if I could. NASTY, NASTY. SMELLY, SMELLY!!!! Floors were nasty, bathroom was nasty. Had to go buy cleaning stuff before I would use pot. Cigarette burns in linens. Bedspreads and carpet even though it was a non smoking room. Coffee maker hadn't been leaned in months. Refrigerator was filthy..microwave just as bad. Dead bugs on bathroom floor. In a bind and had no choice but to stay the night. Wouldn't stay there again on a dare!!
