At Thermo-Twin, we only manufacture with vinyl extrusions which were created from 100% virgin vinyl. In doing this, we at employee owned Thermo-Twin guarantee from day one your windows or doors, whether bright white, tan, or brown, will be a beautiful addition to your home. All insulated glass units are manufactured at Thermo-Twin using state-of-the-art Lisec equipment and incorporating the Super Spacer(R) glass sealing system.
A concern for many homeowners is how their new windows will look. Double hung Windows are designed with beauty in mind. This model comes equipped with a beveled exterior to add architectural complexity and aesthetic appeal. Double hung vinyl windows operate with superior functionality, made possible by the incorporation of moveable window sashes.
Thermo-Twin's slider windows are crafted with precision and are strong enough to stand the test of time. The slider series of windows incorporates the use of an overlap for a clean fit and finish with the window jamb, as well as integrating composite reinforcement to ensure maximum product strength.

Got 6 windows installed, 5 casement windows and one awning window with frosted glass. The install went great, was done in a single day, and the guys were all really nice. We did have an issue with one window, I called their service line and they had people out same day to fix the issue to beyond my expectations. You can measure a company with no mistakes, but the REAL measure of a company is what they do and how they act when a mistake does occur, these guys knocked it out of the park.
I will be calling them first when it comes time to replace my horrible basement door!

From the sales call to the installation finish, we are extremely satisfied with Thermo Twin's service. Nunzio is a no-pressure salesman and he answered all of our many questions. The team who installed our 10 beautiful windows was excellent, and accolades to Russ Groon (not sure of spelling) and the crew. They are professional, helpful, respectful, prompt, and we appreciated their approach to getting the job done with precision. We would highly recommend this company. Also I'd like to mention "Debbie" who was on top of the scheduling. All in all, a great experience.

We selected Thermo Twin windows for our home being built in Pittsburgh. We wanted to support a local business. The windows seem high quality, which we will see with time. The issue we had with Therm Twin was that they were quick to accept the order with a 4wk quote for delivery. The order partially delivered in 4 wks, with the remainder back ordered. After a series of mistakes, on their part, the order was finally fulfilled almost 16 wks later. The delivery caused delays in our construction and extended our stay in a rental. I am not impressed with their customer service nor "sense of urgency

My husband and I decided to get a bay window installed before the pandemic. We were affected by the virus so I called to cancel the installation a month before it was scheduled to be installed. The company couldn't make it out for a measurement anyways. I just received a call from a sales manager asking me why I cancelled. When I told him we were affected by the virus he proceeded to tell me that's a breech of contract and started discussing money. Whaaat??!!! They're trying to shove a bay window down my throat and we're trying to feed a family!!!!! I encourage everyone not

We had the arrogant Mr. Cliff (Thermo Twin representative) show up to our house yesterday to give us an estimate on our windows.
We used Thermo Twin in the past at our old house and the windows looked great after moving 7 years later. First time I met this Cliff man was at the old house, where his cocky attitude was in full bloom. I really didn't think he would still be around.
This time he asked too many personal questions and commented on us with insulting manners when we explained to him that we needed to think about the price (way overpriced) and that we wanted to discuss it with some
