This facility contacted my lawyers and stated they would not treat me until they received $3,000 since they did not have a “relationship” with them. I was told LAST week that all I would need to start treatment was to verify that I had representation and the third party information…I gave them the # and information to my lawyers. They said they would give me a call once they’re contacted. They never did. Called again yesterday about it, and the manager then had contacted my lawyers asking for money.

Amazing chiropractors and staff, Dr. Shannon has worked on my back, neck and legs all different injuries and all satisfying services! I love the Estem machine and the hot and cold treatments offered! I also enjoy the vibration machines and of course getting adjusted is ALWAYS AMAZING!!!
I'd recommend the service to any family, as a regular check up, honestly what they taught us about the nervous system and spine and how it can't be replaced even when your heart lungs and brain came only your spine can help those cancer cells remain dormant!!!

I have not been injured in a car accident and don’t have someone’s insurance company or anything paying for me.
I hold an infant all day and want some back relief and was giving this a try instead of a massage.
I think there’s definitely a reason they asked for me to pay the $75 upfront at the beginning of the appointment before the service is rendered instead of the end like most places after a service is rendered or where I could’ve asked questions before they took a picture of me and called that my nearly $100 chiropractic appointment.
By the way I have Cigna insurance where most

This was my first visit and I was overwhelmed with the customer service. Dr. Andrews and staff made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and explained to me the purpose of every exercise and procedure. The office is clean and wipe down after every person. If you are looking for a chiropractor that puts the customer needs first with a family oriented environment this is the place.

I started coming following a car accident. I stayed even after my treatment was complete. Dr.Tray offers not just a care plan, but an entire experience. Workout boot camps, facials, massages, plus an adjustment! Lake Houston Wellness Center is so great you walkout feeling like a new person. The best part is she is so knowledgeable about all things holistic health and if she isn’t familiar she will definitely do the research. This clinic is a game changer. I don’t even see regular doctors anymore. #LakeHoustonWellnessCenter hanging out!

Here we have a lifechanging, friendly, and overall positive environment. The working staff is very friendly and always engage us with healthy conversation. Dr. Andrew's whom everyone calls dr Tray, is is a strong advocate for health encouraging us to eat healthy and take care of our bodies so that our bodies will take care of us.
