I am an older lady and asked to use the restroom. The girls in the office, said I could not use it, that it was out of order. I told the doctor what they said, and right after that they took the sign off the restroom door. Also, doctor only trimmed did not trim my heel calluses. Not happy with this office at all. Beware!

The Doctor was very nice. We made plans for surgery on my foot. The lady at the front desk is very rude. All I asked was for her to provide codes to insurance for surgery. She said the insurance needs to call her. Needless to say since she wouldn’t pick up the phone and call the insurance I decided to go with some one else to do the surgery.

I'm a 70 year old man with a whole gaggle of good doctors. I broke my foot and needed to get it fixed. I found Dr Nguyan and his staff to be professional and kind. Heis a great listener and very good at explaining what he needed to do to get the results I was looking for. I am recommending him to anyone who needs a foot doctor. He's another great doc in my gaggle.

Had to have 4 ingrown toenails permanently removed. At my post op appointment he clipped a little chunk away that he had missed, but when I got home from that appointment, I still felt uncomfortable.I put my tweezers under my nail, and a huge chunk of sharp nail popped up out of a hole, and up onto the side of my toe...it was still connected to the nail. I felt immediate relief. How could a doctor miss the whole root of the problem!?
A few weeks later, the exact same happened with one of my other toes that was failing to heal. So, 2 out of 4 he missed. The third became severely infected after
