Went three times and they still couldn't get my glasses fitted right. I have very bad vision. Each time the glasses came wrong and each time the optometrist would blame the lab for messing them up. After the third pair came back they said I needed a different type of glasses and would have to start all over again with paying for them. I will never come back to these people. They have no idea how to treat people with less than normal vision. You and your wallet are better off going to wal mart eye center.

It was nice until the poor response we received from the front desk staff for a simple pricing question of an eye analysis. The assumption that we couldn't pay may have been from looks or from the lack of coverage from our insurance, which we were willing to pay out of pocket. The rude service we received directed us to do business elsewhere.

I have been using this eye care center for the past couple of years, the staff is unbelievably snotty and rude. There are a couple nice people there. However, today the doctor got mad at my 11year old and walked out of the exam room with a nasty attitude because my son was having trouble seeing the letters on the screen . The doctor sent in a nurse to finish the exam. I don’t recommend this facility to anyone that cares how they are treated by other.
