I cant say enough positive things about Bryant and Kenneth. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful through every step of the process of buying our first home. The responsiveness and ability to answer our questions all hours of the day put our mind at ease every step of the way. They were absolutely the reason we were able to purchase our home despite not being the top offer. They thought outside the box in order to make our offer stand out from the rest which resulted in our offer being accepted versus two higher offers. I want to start off by saying if you are thinking at all about buying or selling a home the Lugo Brothers need to be your first call! My fiancé and I could not believe how easy and seamless, Bryant and Kenny made the entire process. I was interested in getting a condo I saw go up for sale, but was worried about the prices at the moment. I went ahead and contacted the Lugo Brothers not sure if I was ready. They put me at ease and made this happen so quickly and easily. I put in an offer that I was comfortable with and they agreed was a good offer. Through their hard work the seller chose my offer, even with 3 higher bids! To say that was enough to get my home with equity already still is an understatement...all my questions were answered within minutes through text with them as well as walking me through what I was signing
