The Fenton Community & Cultural Center is the perfect place to host your wedding, party or next business meeting. Our beautiful addition was completed in 2015 and features additional rooms for gatherings of all sorts. Also included are new restrooms and convenient handicap entrances. The Main Hall is our largest room with a capacity of 185 at round tables or theater style.
This room is great for receptions, concerts, large parties and corporate events. We had our reception in the auditorium. The room itself is huge and has beautiful windows and floors. We dressed it up a bit on our own, and the result was amazing. The room provided ample space for my 120 guests as well as the caterer, and we set up the hallway as a lounge area.

When the five Trustees of the Rackham estate were considering the projects they should support in carrying out the provisions and intent of Mr. Rackham's will, the establishment of a community center in a small community seemed to them appropriate and desirable, and as four of them knew the Fenton Community well, its interests and needs, Fenton was chosen for the undertaking.
At this reception site you will find the most unique historic building located in the heart of downtown Fenton that will compliment your wedding experience. Built in 1938 the Fenton Community & Cultural Center will provide that elegant and intimate experience for all your wedding needs. From Bridal and Baby Showers to Birthday, Anniversary or Retirement parties we have the accommodations for 20 to 200 people.
The Main Hall is our largest room with a capacity of 185 at round tables or theater style. This room is great for receptions, concerts, large parties and corporate events. Under the EO's, the room capacity is 55. The Recreation Room is a great room that seats up to 70 people at round tables or theater style and has easy access to the patio and park.
Please account for the set up and clean up time on your contract when filling in the time you are requesting for your event. The time you put on your contract is the time you would like to get in to the room and when you will have everything cleaned up and ready to leave the building. For weddings, if you would like to set up the night before and the space is available, the hourly rate is $50/hour.
