Floral Mart Hawaii

I'm extremely disappointed. I'm not one to make reviews but when the service is exceptional or downright horrible, I'll make the time. Today is my mother's 70th birthday, and I wanted to get her a special arrangement. My first choice was Floral Mart, I looked them up online and had a few bouquets I liked, but I wanted to see them in person, or through a window to make sure it was something I liked. I got to the shop and read all the signs that said I needed to call, so I did...12 times in a row until someone answered! She did explain that due to COVID, I was not able to see

Gorgeous haku lei custom made for my daughter's graduation at UH Hilo! They said they would use a variety of color, and we couldn't be happier with the results! It was vibrant and enchanting. This picture was taken 1 week after we received it and, as you can see, it was still fresh and beautiful a week later (we kept it refrigerated).

Disappointing. Tried them for the first time as I also purchase from Kui & I --- made a special request for my daughter's favorite flowers and she got 1 flower of each and carnations for the rest. It was like they just grabbed any flower without thought and sent it out. I would never shop there again. Kui & I always send a picture of their finish product as well. Owner never even tried to make it right! I like giving small business' a try! Well lesson learned!

Came here with my brother he's LGBT and adores flowers / was treated rudely. Left promptly after. Don't recommend going store associate is rude

Not sure what happened today, but very disappointed. My wife called to order a wreath for my mom's funeral and was treated rudely by a woman who answered the phone. Quoted $600 for a wreath!!! My wife opted for the spray which was more reasonable. After calling another florist which was more reasonable, my wife called back to cancel the spray. The woman let out a big sigh, said ok and hung up. She acted as if she were very stressed and was very unprofessional. Great service and friendly helpful staff! They have pre-arranged bouquets in huge refrigerators with price tags so it's very easy to pick out which one you want and know exactly what you're getting. Plus FREE LOCAL DELIVERY if you spend at least $35! Awesome!!

We came here to order a standing spray for my great grandma who had just passed away. Janice had made this an easy process and it was very easy finding a spray we liked. We even were able to customize the colors of one we saw. The price was much more affordable than I had imagined, and tbh, after seeing the flowers that were brought from other shops, you're better off coming here. :)

PLUS they sell Oshiro tofu products, which, I must say, are amazing!

Excellent customer service from Maya! Ordering flowers from California for someone special made easier thanks to her!! Esp. when their website isnt working properly. I so appreciated her going out of the way to make me choose ' that special arrangement' Will for sure consider them again!

When looking for fresh flowers, beautiful arrangements, and delivery service...this is the shop to go to. Janice and her staff are the nicest people and very accomodating.
Their prices are very much the norm but arrangements are above normal!

I've been using floral mart for as long as I can remember. They make the most beautiful arrangements and for a low price. I will always use floral mart and I recommend you all try it.
