Penzoil charged me and said they fixed my headlight but it is still out. I live out of town. Now have to pay to have it fixed again somewhere else.

I asked if they gave Veterans a discount for an oil change..
The guy said no we don't he could have at least said thank you for your service. Not even that or a handshake.
Never will go back or recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, Value
Customer for several years, with several vehicles. Went to get a car wash today, my ticket had just expired and they would not honor the wash. Employees were always Professional, clean facility, but I won't be going back. Beware !!!!!!!!

Got the "Best +" car wash. Car ended up looking like it was never washed at all. Missed patches where it's still dirty, streaky as hell, and their dry towels left ugly dirty swirl marks. I'll stick to washing it myself.
